 Authentic Flow is about moving with vibrancy towards expansion and ease within your life. It is about connecting with who you really are to find, know, and grow your true-core-authentic-self - in body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Just as water has many forms depending on its surroundings or role, we too have various movements depending on our circumstances and our ways of "being". We may be frozen, thawing, storming, tumultuous, gathering momentum, gracefully arching, crashing, calm, or smoothly flowing. The question is, are we moving in ways that bring us closer to our true self? Are we flowing in ways that enhance our experiences and connect us to those around us? 

The idea within Authentic Flow is to learn how to move from density to fluidity becoming less rigid and more flexible - to move in life fully alive and aware - gaining freedom and space for movement within and without– flowing so as not to get stuck in any patterns that inhibit our growth, desires or true self.
