Individual Sessions - $123.00 

Family/Couple Sessions - $132.00 

Therapy Sessions generally last 50 minutes (a "therapuetic hour"). Additional time is sometimes needed and is charged at the prorated amount.  With your first session, please come with paper work read. The initial forms can be found here Helpful Forms

Special Offer: For first time clients - Free 20 minute phone consult to have questions answered and to get to know each other before scheduling first Intake session.

Reduced Fee
A reduced fee of $111.00 may be available, on a limited -time basis, and/or according to space availability, for certain circumstances or financial hardships. This would be discussed during a phone consultation or during our first session.

Insurance
If you are using your insurance benefits, services may be covered in part by your health insurance plan or employee benefit plan. I am mostly covered by the out-of-network benefits of your plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session of an out-of-network provider? 
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If you use your out-of-network benefits to help pay for services, I will provide you with documentation (monthly) in order for your insurance company to possibly reimburse you a percentage of my fee.

Payment
Cash, check, Health Savings Accounts, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
